Both in the car leaving the hospital!!! Exactly 4 weeks after giving birth, we are finally all home. Nate and I are so excited, and want to thank all of you for your positive thoughts for Zoey.
Nate and I will try to keep updating the blog as often as possible now that we are home...but realize that it will be a little hard with 2 new babies at home. :)
Yeah! Such wonderful and exciting news. Enjoy your time at home with your new little ones. What a great way to celebrate Easter :)
