2010 Dinner 2



Week 2 was mine, love me some stir fry... Best part about stir fry is that you can put anything and everything in it and it will be awesome.


Little rice, extra water is a must with this thing


The main thing here is that I finally got to use the wok


Yellow onion, green onion, garlic and some sliced up flank steak with some peanut oil


Broccoli, red pepper, green pepper, mushrooms

It's pretty tough to mess that up but I think I over cooked the veggies:) Lots of soy over the top and voila! The steak strips were a little tough. Anybody have some quick tips on how to keep those tender?!?
