One of our New Year's Resolutions was to make something nice for dinner at least once a week. Meg started it off with fish tacos. I love tacos, you can put anything on them and I will eat em up.
Shredded Tilapia
The toppings - lettuce, tomato, corn, and avocado. Lime?
Of course everything should be smothered in sour cream and cheese. It turned out really well but we both decided that some sort of cream sauce may have helped.
